Returns Policy
We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products! We want you to love your experience with StriCura as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help.
We are happy to accept returns on both new and gently used products within 30 days of receipt. To start a new return, simply send the unused portion to: 2604-B Suite 214, Camino Real, Carlsbad CA, 92008. INCLUDE: First Name, Last Name, Shipping Address, Phone Number and Original Shipping Order Number.
StriCura monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at StriCura.com.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at StriCura's discretion.
If a purchase is made outside of StriCura.com, we are unable to assist with a return or exchange.
Once your return begins processing, you will receive a confirmation email. Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 7-10 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email.
International Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those from Canada. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or duties and fees mandated by customs. The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of all products purchased - discounts are not considered in the customs total value.
Returning Products NOT Purchased on StriCura:
Items not purchased directly from StriCura.com or via phone with StriCura are not usually eligible to be returned to us for a refund or exchange in the first instance. We apologize for any inconvenience; however, you will need to return the items to the location from which they were purchased. If you purchased StriCura products at a store/spa/salon, please first contact that store directly to inquire about their return policy. If you have any difficulties, please contact us at Support@StriCura.com
Tracking My Returns and Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your refund to process. Refunds are administered to the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Due to varying processing times between payment providers, please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.
When your return and refund are fully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from StriCura Customer Care.
